Returns & Exchanges

At Calzuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional footwear. If your clogs are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original Calzuro box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing it in a shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
